Elaboration processes
In Perafort wine cellars’ is where the wine is processed and finalized with the specifications of quality for each customer.
The wine cellars have modern machinery (filters, centrifuges, coolers and machinery of cold for fermentation and stabilization, etc.) to be able to serve the wine with the maximum expression as quality.
The wines are conserved in stainless steel tanks and/or isothermals. We have a stock capacity of 93.500hl.
